Ministry of Driving is owned and run by Phil Adams ADI.  With many years of experience, a fully qualified mechanical background, and in-depth knowledge of vehicle control, numerous driving qualifications and driving tuition communication skills, Phil provides patient, effective instruction. Lessons are based on local roads, real-world situations, and proven teaching methods, helping learners build confidence, skill, and safe driving habits that last a lifetime.
